In the world of fashion, prints and ruffles never ever seem to get old.  These two trends whether together or separate have stood the test of time, season after season, with only a few tweaks to be made in the colours, shade or type of print, depending on the time of year.  If you ask for my humble opinion, ruffles on any piece translates into the perfect chic look. Combing the stores, one is destined to find a print ruffled dress for almost every occasion.

Print Ruffled Dresses

This post features a print ruffled dress from the Vero Moda brand, found at the Bay It was quite a steal with a price point of less than $50.  I was quite lucky to find it in the latter part of Spring; it just happened to be one of those finds that you find, when you’re not necessarily looking for anything in particular.  Nasty gal has some similar picks all under $50, take a look at my favourite picks, here and here. The camel belt worn with the dress was an additional accessory I added to put a different spin on the dress, but the dress is just as lovely without it.  The belt was another steal which I purchased from Ann Taylor for only $14 in their previous end of summer sale; one of the best times to snag really good deals.  If you haven’t already done so, be sure to check out one of my previous blog posts to get tips on when and how you can score major deals at your favourite stores.

Nude and Gold Accessories

So  far,  this  print ruffled dress has been my go to for special work and professional events, as well as a headliner on the Sunday best dress list.   The occasions  for wearing this dress are endless.   To complete this look, I paired this dress with nude pumps from Michael Kors, not more than 3 inches for comfort and a gold Michael Kors Mercer bag which is now on sale.  While this dress is no longer available, I have linked some of my favourite print ruffle dresses, that’ll be great addition to your closet for the Fall season.
