Looking for a day to night winter Valentine’s Day outfit – well look no further, because I’ve found the perfect look for you! It’s no secret that I’m all about functionality when selecting pieces for my closet and this beautiful matching pink knit dress set is the perfect transitional look, to take you from day to night if you so desire. Transitional pieces can transcend seasons, the time of day and serve multiple occasions. They can be cost effective due to their functionality and a great fit for the minimalist wardrobe lover. About this Winter Valentine’s Day Outfit
For some time now, I’ve been sold on the idea of matching sets, as one can not only wear them as a set but separately as well. Needless to say, this pink sweater dress set from Zara stole my heart, linking the exact knit dress for you to shop here. For shoes, I opted for comfort and went with these Sam Edelman combat boots which are currently on sale, the grey pair which I’ve linked here has a much steeper discount, so I suggest you check it out before it sells out. While combat boots embody your typical daytime look, they can be worn into the night time once your outfit, accessories, hair and makeup are elevated for a night time look. I completed this look with a beret to accentuate the beautiful curls done by hair stylist, Rochelle Latouche. One of the best parts about this look is that these colours will take you right into spring. Spring and summertime are my favourite seasons for fashion as absolutely love the vibrant medley of colours. This chic pink sweater dress and fit and flare pink dress are also great valentine’s day date night outfits and will make a wonderful addition to your spring wardrobe as well.
